Miss Catherine Leben

4th Grade Teacher
Hello, my name is Catherine (Katy) Leben and this will be my eigth year teaching at All Saints. I am extremely excited to be teaching at this wonderful school and be a part of this community.

One of the biggest reasons I am so thrilled to be teaching at All Saints is because I grew up in the Catholic School system. I attended Immaculate Conception in Willoughby for grade school then graduated from Lake Catholic. Both experiences were fantastic and have been a huge positive impact on my life.

After graduating from Kent State with highest honors in education, I spent a year teaching 8th grade language arts at Rootstown Middle School and a year tutoring at Rootstown as well as substitute teaching in Willoughby-Eastlake. Now I’m thrilled to be back to my Catholic School roots.

Other than teaching, my two biggest passions are reading and traveling. It is a very strange occurrence if I am found without a book nearby. As for traveling, I have recently been on two cruises, traveled to Italy, Florida, Washington DC, Arizona, and Georgia. Hopefully I’ll be able to travel even more in the future.

I hope you’re looking forward to this school year as much as I am! See you soon!
