Kindergarten

Our five day, all day Kindergarten program establishes a strong foundation for future learning.

The curriculum is based on the State of Ohio and Diocesan standards of academic and social education to meet the needs of your developing child and reflect the Catholic school philosophy of providing a faith-filled environment.

  • Core Subject Areas – Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies

  • Specials – Religion, Art, Physical Education, Music and Computer / Technology

  • Letter Sounds and Sight Words – Taught through the Land of the Letter People. Each week students are introduced to a new letter with many activities that set the foundation to reading.

  • Our Religion Program – Our religion program includes daily prayer, learning about the saints and holy days. Our belief is that every child is a unique gift from God, each created with special gifts and talents. We strive to nurture these talents and gifts not only through religious instruction, but also by encouraging all students to follow the example of Christ in all that they think, say and do.

Each day is full of learning and fun, socializing and faith based education.
