Application Process (K-8)
We are pleased that you have chosen All Saints School to be your partner in educating your child. Please make sure you follow our application process, there are several dates that are important!
Step 1: Initial Documentation
To begin the application process, the following forms and documents must be submitted on behalf of each applicant.
- Application for Enrollment (an application can be provided by calling the school office- 440-943-1395)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate – if applicable
- Special Services Form if applicable: IEP, Speech, 504, etc.
- Parental Questionnaire – Grades K and 1. Kindergarten families will receive this at our Kindergarten screening.
- Copy of last report card – Grades 1-8
- Copy of all Standardized Test Scores: IOWA, CogAT, OAA, Map – Grades 1-8
- Two recommendation letters from current teachers and/or principal – Grades 2-8
Step 2: Review Process
Once the above documentation has been submitted, the Admissions Team will review the application based on All Saints admissions criteria, specifically seeking students who are successful in their current academic environments; who conduct themselves in a manner that fits with the All Saints behavioral standards; and whose parents/guardians are invested in the education process. If the team deems that the applicant meets the above criteria, the applicant will be contacted to complete:
- Reading Readiness Screening – Kindergarten
- Leveled Entrance Assessment – Grades 1-8
- Shadow Visit – Grades 1-8
Step 3: Enrollment Decision
Step 4: Enrollment
- Payment of Non-Refundable Registration fee
- Completed Tuition and Fee Agreement Forms. We will let you know if there are any corrections to the form submitted.
- Diocesan Permanent Record Form
- Release of Records form – Grades 1-8
- Register on FACTS with a valid payment method (a link will be sent from the school)
- Regsiter on Gradelinks (information will be sent from school)
Application Process (Preschool)
Step 1: Initial Documentation
To begin the application process, the following forms/documents must be submitted on behalf of each applicant.
- Application Contract (Orange paper)
- Online Gradelink Application
- Completion of the Fee Agreement and completing all requirements requested in Agreement document
- Payment of Non-Refundable Registration Fee
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (If applicable)
Step 2: Enrollment Decision
After the student has completed the previous steps, the application will be evaluated and an enrollment decision will be made. It is possible that a student may be put on a wait list for classes that are at or near capacity, as Parish families have first priority in cases where class space is limited. In any event, families can expect to hear back from All Saints within 2 weeks of completing the review process. After you have been accepted, you will receive a welcome letter informing you of other paperwork that would need to be filled out.
