Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten

Schedule:

We are excited to offer our Little Learners (Pre3) program for the 25-26 school year, and are moving our Pre4 program to 5 days a week (M-F) for both half and full day program. The PreK program will remain at 5 days a week.*

Pre3 “Little Learners” Half days M/W/F
8:00 am to 10:30 am or 11:00-1:30

Pre4 “Preschool” Full or Half Day Option M-F

7:30-11:00 Half Day or 7:30 – 2 Full Day

Pre5 “PreK” Full day Monday- Friday
7:30 am to 2 pm

*All PreK programs are contingent on enrollment meeting the class minimums. We are excited about the interest in our Little Saints programs and expect to have class sizes set in March. We will continue to review applications until classes are filled. If a class is canceled for not meeting the class minimums or staffing, registration fees will be 100% refunded.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to attend Pre4, at student must be 4 years old by September 1, 2025.

To be eligible to attend Pre5 (PreK), a student must be 5 years old by December 31, 2025.

Steps to Admissions

Preschool Program- Little Learners, Preschool, AND PREK

  • Complete registration form
  • $200 registration fee (non refundable)
  • Enrollment into the FACTS tuition management program
  • Enrollment in Gradelink (for communication)
  • Submit birth certificate
  • Submit baptismal certificate

Tuition and Fee Agreement

The 2025-2026 Tuition and Fee Agreement will be available on February 15, 2025.

Once completed, please return your signed Tuition and Fee Agreement to the School Office. Please do not take any payments to the church offices.

You may pay the registration fee by check made payable to All Saints School, with a notation for student name and registration or pay online. (link available for 25-26 soon)

Sorry, we will not be accepting cash.

The school will let you know, in writing, when you students are accepted. The acceptance will be sent via electronic communication to the email you have listed in Gradelink.

Changes in Status/Classes

As noted above, class sizes will be set as of March 15, 2025, which means our teaching staff, school set up, books, etc. will be based on that number.

If you change the status of your child (e.g., from half time to full time or the reverse; change in grades), we may not be able to accommodate that change.

If we can accommodate the change, there will be a $50 charge for each change in status that occurs on or after July 1, 2025. Similarly, if you decide to move your child from PreK to Kindergarten (or the reverse), there will be a $50 charge for each change in status that occurs on or after July 1, 2025.

Registration Deadlines

Registration by current families is due by FEBRUARY 15, 2025.

Thereafter, registration is open to everyone. If classes are full, students will be placed on a waitlist.

Registration closes on March 15, 2025 and class size will be set at that time.

If a student wishes to register after that time and there is no room in the class, students will be places on a waitlist.
